    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at m/SIX (London, England (UK)) in October 2017.

    Interview

I spoke with the in-house recruitment consultant and then had interviews with 2 Account Directors. All interview questions went through the consultant. The first interview was with just 1 AD (the other had a last minute client meeting) and much more detailed going into my skills and how I'd use them on the job. This interview was approx. 45 minutes. The second interview was about 2 weeks later and was with both ADs. I presented a brief presentation on one of the brands and one type of media and chatted a little with the ADs. This was more to see if I fit with both ADs and within the teams. The recruitment person was always quick to get back to me and answered any questions I had about the process.
