I worked at mFoundry full-time
mFoundry did an amazing job recruiting and retaining top-notch talent. The senior leadership team worked incredibly well together, witch each executive having a perfectly-balanced set of skills that complemented the group as a whole. mFoundry provided generous compensation and benefits, and management seemed to genuinely care about the satisfaction of all its employees.
The company was ultimately acquired by FIS (another great organization). mFoundry could have grown 30x the size it was when it sold - and it had the right team in place to make it happen. A successful exit is hardly a con, but it began a new era in the company's evolution - the only con is that it achieved its goals.
Advice to Management
Get the band back together in five years and start another company together. For those considering working for mFoundry under FIS leadership, you'll find rewarding career opportunities with a company that continues to grow and prosper in all areas of the financial information space.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at mFoundry (San Francisco, CA).
Came in as a referral, the process to setup a phone screen and onsite interview was quick. The recruiters were very accommodating and nice. During the phone screen and onsite interview with the hiring manager was a bit difficult. The culture is very laid back, but conservative.
