I worked at mFoundry full-time
They encouraged a casual, comfortable place to work. You were able to share your opinions and were not being asked to work 80 hours a week. Fun environment with foosball, great snacks, drinks, happy hours, etc.
Wasn't a super collaborative environment on some teams. You'd meet, get your assignment, then work with your head down for most of the day.
Advice to Management
You cared about people and it showed. Don't stop doing that. Keep innovating and keep people at the center of it all.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at mFoundry (San Francisco, CA).
Came in as a referral, the process to setup a phone screen and onsite interview was quick. The recruiters were very accommodating and nice.
During the phone screen and onsite interview with the hiring manager was a bit difficult. The culture is very laid back, but conservative.
