Not a sales culture, have to justify every sale internally, lack of organizational trust in it's sales professionals.
Advice to Management
When you have talented people empower and trust them. Recognize and reward your top sales professionals not just operational staff
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at mindSHIFT (New York, NY) in March 2017.
I applied online then talked to a recruiter about it in college career fair. I ended up getting an interview two weeks later. I got a call couple weeks later saying that I was accepted.
