I worked at mindSHIFT full-time (More than a year)
mindSHIFT provided me with the right tools and training to mold me into a better professional. I was given every opportunity to excel and was eager to do so with them. The leadership and culture made you feel like you played a personal part of a growing business and your contribution was going to help it be successful. I am proud to say that it was because of my time there that I am more confident with myself and my ability to have successful business relationships.
Going through an acquisition is never an easy task. Every employee can feel the growing pains when these things happen and no one really likes change. I would say that this may have caused some of the unhappy campers but if you have the ability to see the reasons for it you might be more eager to help the transition go smoothly for all.
Advice to Management
Never lose site of what made mS such a fun and rewarding place to work. You are all wonderful and the hard work you have put in to make mS what it has become and where it is quickly headed is all because of you had the best of intentions for everyone in mind. Good Luck! Melissa Farek
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at mindSHIFT (New York, NY) in June 2015.
There were alot of technical questions and then some personal questions to see what kind of person you are. The interviewers were pretty laid back and gave me alot of time to respond.
