I worked at mts logistics full-time
Ok job. Pay is good. Good bonus because you actually worked your ass off.
Preferential treatment for females, and Turkish people. No room for growth. Only way to get recognized (promotion, salary increase) for hard work is if you are Turkish or you are a female. No recognition for hardworking people. People who actually dont deserve get equal or more bonus then a person who worked their ass off get.....where's the incentive to keep working hard?
Advice to Management
Stop being so ethnocentric. Recognize hard working people and reward them with promotion/salary increases.
