I have been working at nCino full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, strong leadership with vision, excellent growth opportunities and financial outlook

    Cons

HQs location in the City of Wilmington, NC is a little lacking. Outside of the beach, not a lot of working middle class.

    Advice to Management

It will be hard to keep everything the same as we grow, but please try to keep as much of the benefits and culture as possible. This is truly a special place.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at nCino (Wilmington, NC) in May 2015.

    Interview

Was interviewed by 5 people at the same time. I was a little intimidated at first but I realized that everyone there was rooting for you. Started off with "about you" questions and then went into some technical questions. It was clear they weren't going for any "got ya" questions about impractical sorts or what-have-you, just some software engineer basics and they wanted to make sure that you know OOP.
