that's a tough one.. the paycheck clears?
everything else. Terrible product with no real direction or real world application. This company would of died years ago if not for the ego and deep pockets of the CEO. There is zero incentive, no cohesive plan for the future, and a complete lack of respect from the top down. I'm actively looking to escape this pit of despair.
Advice to Management
start over with different management and a complete rethink of the product
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at nMetric (Costa Mesa, CA) in August 2013.
First an agency contacted me with general HR questions, then a phone screen was scheduled with Sr. developer to ask technical questions, next, an in-person interview with a director and Sr. developer which was non-technical and mostly personality/analytical questions.
