I have been working at nThrive full-time (More than 5 years)
The company was built through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Because of this, the employee population is extremely diverse and there are many opportunities to learn from peers. Leadership also comes from different backgrounds so there are always new perspectives being brought to the table.
The vision of the company is new and refreshing. Having been in the healthcare field for over a decade, it is exciting to see a new goal.
Because there are so many remote employees, I wish there were more opportunities to connect in person. Video calling helps, but regional or group events would be helpful.
Advice to Management
Continue to give employees exposure to others that have different backgrounds. There are a lot of products to learn and peer-to-peer learning sessions would be extremely helpful.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at nThrive (Layton, UT) in December 2014.
Submit resume, phone interview, onsite interview including company vision, excel test, sql test, presenting existing presentation. we sat down and the person doing the interview talked about the history of the company, the vision of what nThrive is trying to do and how the role fits into that vision.
