This is a company in the midst of transformation. There is a lot of change going on, but if you are comfortable with change, there are huge opportunities to be part of the transformation. This company cares about its colleagues and has some cool benefits to encourage employees to get out and serve their communities. Every year during the holidays, they do "Winter Wishes" where the company will do something extravagant to help an employee going through a hardship. They might buy plane tickets to reunite a family for the holidays, or pay for an expensive medical treatment for a child in need.
If you're not comfortable with change, this may be a stressful environment for you. But if you're a high performer with a growth mindset, there are lots of opportunities to grow, contribute, and advance.
Advice to Management
Continue to reward the high-performers who are putting in the effort to make the transformation successful!
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at nThrive (Plano, TX) in August 2016.
It was a group interview that was held right after the job fair. Immediately after the presentation we were led out of the room to take a tour of the building. From there the VP would single out people that he thought were good prospective employees and would speak to them. They then split our group into two and held a group interview in a conference room. Where we went around the table introducing ourselves and giving a little information about ourselves while the VP asked various questions.
