I have been working at naviHealth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

naviHealth is rapidly growing because there is a need and want for the services the company provides. Just recently the company and renovated the 2nd floor and now the office occupies 3 full floors which has allowed people to be less cramped. Work from home policy is great and from what I have seen most people respect this policy. Since we have offices in Boston and Nashville travel may sometimes occur which is nice to get out of the office. For me work like balance is respected and very little do I find myself pressured to work over the weekend. The company believes in doing good outside of the office and allow employees to take up to 8 hours each year to volunteer at non-profits across Nashville. The benefits are amazing ranging from PTO to Maternity to health insurance.

    Cons

With the growth of the company the HR team was a hot mess and not following up correctly or at all with quality candidates. A new director has been hired for that team so hopefully we should see some improvement.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your employees and take time to listen to what drives them.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at naviHealth (Jacksonville, FL).

    Interview

Short 30 min two sessions, two women interviewing one at a time, no representative from medical discipline I represented. The interviews were short and did not fully leave enough time as the
Purpose was to interview a large group based on speech and interaction during the interview process.
