Pros
The culture and the people absolutely make the place. Everyone is friendly and passionate about making a difference to help small businesses grow. The new offices are so creative which makes going into work even nicer and people really make an effort to socialise.
Cons
The company is growing quickly which is a good and a bad thing. Right now it’s exciting, I just hope we don’t become too corporate in the future (but I think that's a long way off).

First interview with HR, he seemed nice. Second interview with engineer, team lead, not technical, just about my experience and the company. They sent me a task to solve, which was some short refactoring task. After submitting a task I never got any kind of feedback/email about it, even though they wrote that they usually respond within 2 working days, and it's been way longer now.InterviewAbout my experience in second interview, then got a small refactoring task to submit.
