I have been working at onlineshoes.com full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company is currently aiming for aggressive growth and seeing results. The pace is fast and there is as much work as anyone can take on. There is a lot of room for personal growth with initiative.

    Cons

Compensation is not yet competitive but is being reviewed shortly by the new administration.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at onlineshoes.com.

    Interview

It's long - about 4 hours and you are going to talk to dev's, business folks, management, and industry professionals. Some of the developers are going to come across as arrogant - just ignore them. Let THEM do the talking and only give enough info to answer the questions. They are the type that like to hear themselves talk, so let them talk. Don't be nervous at all, like seriously, at all. If you are nervous they are going to talk about you behind your back, so don't even sweat it. The people there don't know much anyway, so just chill and have fun. Feel free to laugh and joke.
