- Amazing leadership, extremely transparent, they care about the wellbeing of their employees -After selling quantilope, I feel like I can prospect at any company. My manager really set up us for success in all future sales roles -Such a fun time. The People and Culture team care a lot about keeping people around long-term. -If there's opportunities to grow your career there, the leadership will do their best to make sure you can -Tightknit team. I loved my SDR team. My manager cultivated a great environment that was playful, open, and celebratory when we achieved success. Honored to be a part of it. -OFF-SITE EVENTS. Conferences, happy hours, the retreat. What else can you ask for?!?
Cons
-Longtime employees will want more financial opportunities or stake (ie. equity) to stay because this fast-paced startup world demands that -Make no mistake, quantilope is an incredible product that is so good, it's almost too hard to sell at times! Again, if you can make it work here, you'll be a great SDR anywhere.

To bring our offices back together after several years apart during the pandemic, quantilope took planes, trains, and automobiles from New York, Hamburg, Lithuania, and other cities around the world to unite as one global company for an in-person retreat. The theme of our retreat was Connection and we were so ecstatic about how many new bonds were created in just 3 days. It was an incredible event filled with laughter, workshops, storytelling, and of course-- great food. Check out the highlights from our retreat where you'll see some of our impressive dance moves at our evening party, our team hard at work during some friendly competitions, and the beautiful landscape of our private retreat center in Barcelona.
