    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at root9B Technologies in October 2010.

    Interview

First, I had a phone interview. Then a few days later, I met with several people 1:1 on site. It was a typical interview.

    Negotiation

I had no chance to negotiate. That is the one negative thing I have to say. I was submitted to several positions and thought they were all at the same salary. When I realized I had been submitted for the position I finally accepted, but it was at a lower rate that we had previously discussed, I accepted it because I really wanted to work for the group to which I had been submitted.
