...US wise they have no diversity, it's a good ole boys and girls club, many people in many departments especially in leadership have no idea what they're doing and hire people that they know personally who aren't equipped for the job, alot of the departments are overworked, compensation doesn't match employees worth, growing very fast but no extra heads are being added, a lot of internal sexism and racism...Read More

Interview
The process included an initial phone screening with HR and two video interviews with Engagement Leaders. The HR conversation was pleasant. I started to hear some red flags on the first video interview about high turnover and no onboarding process for new hires. The second video interview was disappointing. The interviewer did not turn on his camera even though the meeting subject was "Video Call" and he was borderline rude.Do you have experience with Salesforce?
