Good place to learn as entry level, compensation was not bad for me, and occasional biztrip was awesome
Dealing with sales team can be a hassle. They don't listen and don't care about technicians as much as getting the job done. Certain people will help you out, others will enjoy watching you burn. Office politics is a big thing, choose your allies wisely, and try to stay out of drama.
Advice to Management
Treasure your technicians and treat them fairly, cause they will leave you if you treat them like crap eventually.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at syscom usa (New York, NY) in August 2011.
The interview process was very straightforward. Sat with head of sales and engineering teams. They asked very general questions about my resume. Being able to speak Japanese was a big plus.
