Since our recapitalization and executive team expansion in early 2010, we’ve grown very quickly. We also hire full- and part-time associates who are new to testing and quality assurance. I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at tapQA (Minneapolis, MN) in September 2017.
A TapQA requiter reached out to me, there was a 30 minute phone interview and the end of which we schedule an on site interview. At the onsite interview I had an HR interview about my goals and previous career experience , from there I had a technical interview with one of the managers he didn't ask to solve any problems but wanted details about previous workflows methodologies and specific technology stacks. After that I met with someone on the executive team they informed me there was client interview ready If I wanted to accept. The interview onsite with the client was much more technical across two teams but was much more of a conversation instead of just sheet with questions.
