Since our recapitalization and executive team expansion in early 2010, we’ve grown very quickly. We are investing aggressively to bring innovative new solutions to market, and to increase our capacity to serve clients. We offer these solutions at price points that make them a great value, even when compared to offshore alternatives.

A very important component of our mission is to advance the careers of test and QA professionals and help newcomers enter the field, whether they join us full-time, or work with us on a project basis.

If you’re an experienced test & QA professional in the Twin Cities, we’d like to get to know you.We’re growing and may have opportunities that will interest you, today or in the future. We offer a very compelling compensation package for qualified senior consultants and team leads, and we also have opportunities that are appropriate for professionals who prefer to work with us on a project basis.

We also hire full- and part-time associates who are new to testing and quality assurance. We provide structured training and mentoring to help you learn and succeed in this interesting and expanding field. If you have a college degree (two year or greater), are process and detail oriented, function well in a team, and are comfortable using various computer-based tools (not programming), then we’d like to hear from you.

Our team members work at various client sites, as well as at our location, just a few miles west of downtown Minneapolis

    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at tapQA (Minneapolis, MN) in September 2017.

    Interview

    A TapQA requiter reached out to me, there was a 30 minute phone interview and the end of which we schedule an on site interview. At the onsite interview I had an HR interview about my goals and previous career experience , from there I had a technical interview with one of the managers he didn't ask to solve any problems but wanted details about previous workflows methodologies and specific technology stacks. After that I met with someone on the executive team they informed me there was client interview ready If I wanted to accept. The interview onsite with the client was much more technical across two teams but was much more of a conversation instead of just sheet with questions.
