I've been working at telent since it was formed and previous to that with Marconi since 1999. Over the past few years I have seen a great change in the company direction and the management focus on growth and the adjacent markets. telent is passionate about its people and encourages all employees to be involved in its direction.
As with most organisations, when change happens it requires it's employees to emabrace and accept the change. Employees are asked for their views and suggestions on the change, although some feel their views are not totally acknowledged and considered.
Advice to Management
In this growing market, evaluate all options and secure those deals, acquisitions that will give the best RoI whilst increasing our market share. This will continue to provide the employees with the confidence that the changes are managed and will give the employees the security and benefits they desire.

Was called by an headhunter regarding the role, applied online the process took like 2 weeks and got called for a 1;1 interview with a Manager and Head which was just normal
