    Account Executive Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in San Francisco, CA

    Interview

Applied earlier this month. Got an email about a week later asking for my availability for a phone interview and then the recruiter went dark...I followed up 2 times and then she came back with an alternate position they were trying to fill. I sent my last email stating I was moving on and only then did I hear back from them. They said "in full transparency" they were in the final rounds with a few candidates but wanted to know if I was still interested in a position...um, unequivocally NO. If this is how you treat your candidates (when both parties are more or less on their best behavior) then I can't imagine what you will treat your actual employees like. I am totally convinced the recruiter only answered my email because I walked away and this little thing called Glassdoor. What a waste of time.
