Pros
This has been my favorite internship so far. Since the company is still relatively small, interns get a chance to really make an impact on the company. Not a day goes by where you don't feel like you're hustling. The people and culture of the company are also rare to come by. Everyone here is passionate about what they do and willing to help each other, even across departments.
Cons
The unlimited snacks may have added a few pounds.

Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at theSkimm (New York, NY) in May 2018.
Interview
I applied online and within a day, I got a call for a screening interview. I heard back by the end of the week that I made it past the screening and continued to the "homework assignment". I made a presentation for the assignment and was selected for a third round interview. That interview included back to back interviews with 4 employees. I received the offer a week after that.
