Young Multicultural environment, great working atmosphere. Above market salary & package conditions. Parte of the biggest travel tech group in the world. Great opportunities to learn and progress in the career.
Cons
A fast paced organization that changes objectives and structures often- can seem chaotic when coming from the corporate world.
Advice to Management
More attention to organization structure, coherence in strategy, objectives and execution- more human communication.

Interview
The e-mail correspondence and initial call were great. The second interview was with HR and a manager and this was a bit strange. There was a strange vibe in the skype call, sometimes it was more about me than my abilities.
