Appreciate the efforts to have a better company culture and employee experience i.e. quarterly Employee calls with the CEO and his ability to answer questions directly from the employees.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at tronc.
The interview process was very laid back but it was LONG. Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then went into the LA office to have an in-person with the Director of TA. Then another phone interview with a co-worker who also is a TA Coordinator in the Chicago office, another phone interview with a senior recruiter, and a final phone interview with the VP of Talent Acquisition. Tronc recruiters are the best recruiters in terms of communication, following up, answering questions, etc.
Overall, my interview experience with Tronc was awesome.
