Salary is good comparatively.
Good to learn for basics of Networking.
Get to work with Linksys and Cisco products.
Work timings are horrible.
Shifts arent rotated often and are stuck at dead shifts.
Favoritism and Nepotism at workplace.

Be professional and more empathetic.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at vCustomer (Kirkland, WA) in March 2010.
Very informal. Was contacted by an administrative assistant and asked to come in and meet with the VP. Had an in person interview and was told that I would be invited back for interviews with other employees. 3 days later I still had not heard back and noticed that all jobs that were posted had been removed.
