EM, during my Army days I worked alongside BAH prepping troops for going into some pretty nasty parts of the world. Those folks gave my Soldiers tips to do their jobs better and to get home safely. Was honored to have worked with them and even briefly looked into joining their team. Perfect? Not hardly, but labeling them as you did I felt was maximizing your 1st Amendment right to which you are entitled to do. In regards to our opinions on this company, you and I will have to respectfully disagree.

What is the tattoo policy at Booz? Are they lenient with non offensive arm tattoos showing or are they strict on having them covered while working on-site?

Collaborative. No org charts, everyone works with everyone. Clients come first, but after the client computer turns off the BAH computer turns on and we put on our BD hats.

I received a job offer for a mid level business analyst role at BAH and the salary offer is $75k. I have a few years of experience. Is this offer in line with the market? I'd really prefer to make closer to $85k.

Is this an internal corporate function role? Or a client facing consulting role. In either case, $75k seems really low for a mid-level position here. Doubly so if it is client facing.
