Honest question memes aside, how hard is it to get hired by Deloitte? Maybe it's because I was hired a year ago during the staffing crisis but I don't really see Deloitte being difficult to get into. Campus applicants probably have a good GPA and soft skills. Experienced hires have to have... experience. The "prestige" comes from Deloitte targeting the top colleges and nothing more.

I interviewed for the Tax Consultant position at Deloitte on October 10, but I haven't received any post-interview communication. I've emailed the recruiter multiple times with no response. Is the lack of communication a sign that I didn't get accepted, or is there still hope for a response?

Depends on the team…within enabling areas FP&A? You’ll learn SAP. Lots of variance analysis. Probably some forecasting, preparing presentations, identifying areas of risk. If you have questions about specific groups, feel free to message me.
