What is your line of work?
My leadership cares about employee's career goal and would help me along the way. I was also given opportunities to try different things in the org which I found it helpful. I learn by practice and this type of rotation really helps my growth

I have 16+yrs of IT Infrastructure experience and HCL is offering me E3.2 band with 14LPA. Is this fair or what should a person with these much experience should get irrespective of previous salary? My feelings: Not sure why all Indian recruiter looks into previous CTC and does not respect the person's experience and offer salary accordingly?

I am sorry Prashanth your ctc is too low with your experience. People with 5 year experience are with 20 plus package. Your should be around 35 plus range minimum
Ask em to match the salary with your experience not the current salary. Make em understand your skills and expertise. This is the only way.
Curious on guidance related to compensation ratios. For management level positions, what is the typical years of experience expected before one would be paid a 100% market value comp ratio?

Unfortunately there isn't a one size fits all answer to this. Some companies have preset ratios for experience vs degree (like an MBA for example), and based on the market, if there isn't much available but we're desperate we might take off a few years.
Well, it really depends. We need to consider various factors first like industry and education/certs. It might take at least 10 years or so.
I heard Glassdoor offers company holidays. Does this benefit apply to all departments?

I've only ever heard things about their 401k plans from my friend at Glassdoor....It seems like a lot of companies play it close to the chest when talking about their benefits.
