Wrong bowl - our internal one would be better. If you are in a CIC, I do not think so. Mainline, it is quite simple. Talk to your manager if you’d like to make a switch.

I applied for the position of Business and Tech Leader at IBM in the USA and I was invited to do a video-recorded interview. I did that about a week ago but I am still waiting to hear back from IBM if I will be invited to the next round of interview. Does anybody know the timelines in the IBM recruitment process? How long does it usually take for IBM to evaluate the applications? Are they efficient in doing that or it can take some time? TIA

ages I'm afraid...
Never heard of this type of interview. Good luck. I’d ask for in person that way you can also interview the leader on the team. It took me 6 months for an interview and a year before I was hired.

I've seen jobs posted mentioning H17T and H18T. Are these salary bands or something else?

Yes. Here's a list. Not sure if they're available across the board or different based on where you are located. https://www.ibm.com/downloads/cas/NVRQKBB1
Yes it’s called a 401K

Just a 401k, as far as I understand.
No, only 401k with 5% match and 1% of your salary just given to you. The match happens ever paycheck and vests immediately. I think you have to be here for 1 year to be eligible for a match though.

On what? A $500,000 mainframe?
I think they offer a 5% discount on consulting services.
I am keen on applying for a role in IBM as a Snr Business Analyst in the UK and I am doing my research around the working pattern, conditions and pay. It says on here that its an average £55k pa. Can anyone in that role confirm if that sounds about right? Also, I will be grateful if you could also share tips on how to ace the application stage based on your experiences. No matter how small. Thanks
