I’m with NetSuite too and the culture is good for the most part when dealing with consultants and project managers. Things get messy when talking about management. There are unqualified managers who repeat the same bs in every meeting and since most of them have never been consultants they have no clue what they are talking about. If you’re trying to get in and out it’s a great place. If you’re looking for long term growth it’s enh. Salary is nothing special. And if you’re from Canada, you get paid significantly less.

It’s a massive org and every group is probably different. It was a 9 month process for me 5 years ago 😂😂😂

It will take as long as it takes. Sometimes it’s fast, sometimes slow. It’s based on numerous factors. Sometimes hiring managers are just slow, sometimes the req gets cancelled. Sometimes they lie to you to get you off the phone.

Depends on the role, territory, and several other factors. What product and level are they coming in at? Across SaaS less than 30% of reps hit quota. This is intentional.

Oracle is tough place to work. While OTE goals can vary, it’s never easy to hit these goals in Oracle.

They forge treaties with other software conglomerates and defend against enemies trying to conquer their market share. 160k-200k depending on your strategy experience

I doubt it’s that high. Oracle tends to pay on the low end. I’m with netsuite and make 90k as an FC

I believe it’s around 62.5K 50/50 split…125K OTE

Is this an OCI ECA role, a c@c presales role, or a services solutioning role?

Hi O1.. Thank you for your reply. I Haven't looked at a specific role. I am interested in pre sales in OCI where I get to be like a sales engineer and work with the broader sales team to demo/poc the solutions to customers. I am an Oracle apps guy and have some cloud certs but no real experience implementing cloud.

Did they finally integrate netsuite? Two years ago it was a GBU, basically a standalone company with its own culture and workflows and all
