    -good benefits for families -good learning experience to move onto another job

    Cons

    -corporate mindset (they treat employees like a number) -people are complacent and go for the paycheck only -toxic work culture/environment -the scheduling is so inconsistent and poorly thought out -the union is runned by inexperienced and unprofessional representatives who contribute to the hostile work environment

    A place to build great relationships with colleagues and teamwork mentality despite everyday pressures of the hotel business. Most people are happy to help and guide others when needed.

    Cons

    As a premier luxury hotel, there are always last-minute/everyday challenges typical of operating such a hotel of this caliber.
