Truck team position: - The opportunity to learn how to manage your own small business in the form of a truck route. - Learn why recycling and donating is so important to society and the impact it has. -Get paid to work out all day while consistently being a super hero to our customers. Operations: - Gain a high level of business knowledge while having a great time - Plenty of opportunity to move up ( we pride ourselves on promoting from within) -The opportunity of working with your city and keeping it clean and working with local donation charities to give back to the less fortunate.
Cons
- This business like any other fluctuates with the seasons so it makes for a wonderful transitioning/part time job. -The hours we offer change day to day based on our schedule ( some days very busy, some days slow).

Flexible hours: Usually really flexible with days you can or cant work, even on short notice. Good Low Level Management: The franchise managers and below are generally pretty good/understanding people.
Cons
Will constantly shift your daily schedule for work: Think you're gonna get out at 5? Sorry you have an Add-on 30 minutes away. Business dies down during the winter, significant difference in hours. Upper management goals are lofty, and refuse to give their employees any extra pay without a fight.
