Pros
14West handles the administrative things for a bunch of companies that operate more or less under the same umbrella. So you have a LOT of employees, at a lot of different companies, all relying on them to handle a lot of different things. The HR department is great. There are so many systems that frankly, it can be very confusing. But whenever you contact HR, they immediately get things handled. They really know what they're doing -- but they are forced to use all these different systems and many of them are very antiquated or "clunky". Whenever I've had an issue, no one knows what the answer is... EXCEPT HR, who typically handle it fast and with professionalism.

The maze of old systems that you have to use for everything.
