    Pros

Patented products. Positive reputation with retail partners.

    Cons

4th quarter business. Commodity product with lots of competition.

There needs to be a 3 year product road map and a calendar that each department is held accountable for so that the organization accomplishes their goals.

    Pros

Truly had working associates and manager.

    Cons

Weak and inexperienced senior management that did not listen.

    Advice to Management

Develop year round accessories and stop spending time making new packaging instead of better products.Fire senior management and hire experienced brand marketing and product development pro's. Get Patriarch to sell so when the business makes money, the company can have a chance to grow.
