I worked at 2 Sisters Food Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Lovely people in my office

    Cons

the higher management, the demands of reporting next week on a Wed, and being held to it.
no time to review figures due to time demands.
Company firefights constantly and expects staff to maintain standards.
    CEO and his crazy son!

    Advice to Management

Get a forward thinking plan, stop demanding "flash" figures are met regardless.
Get some anger management for your senior management
