I worked at 2 Sisters Food Group full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The interview is very easy , simple questions . You need to fill up the application form. Progress depends on how much they short of staff.

    Cons

I never want to go back . The place is horrible and every year is going worst.

    Advice to Management

For the management workers are just a number who leave to finish the order. They expect from people leave behind safty , quality and hygiene and focus on order.

    Pros

Perks of this job are few and far between, occasionally got free sandwiches and discounted food from the factories.

    Cons

If you are educated to a degree standard in a biological science this job will challenge you very little as tasks are basic and mundane. There is not much scope for advancement, pay is low and work hours are unsociable if you are unlucky with the shift you are given. If you are male expect to be asked to take out the bins and waste as this seems a very gendered orientated role.

    Advice to Management

Try to rotate staff between tasks and

I worked at 2 Sisters Food Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It was a good company with lots of nice and trustworthy seniors who are always ready to help. Also, the company maintain the food and safety hygiene very efficiently.

    Cons

They need to improve their food management and stop wasting food ,which is mostly thrown away if left over. They are some time very harsh on the employers regarding their physical appearance.

    Advice to Management

They should give the left over food to their employs and to a helpful food charity that can be helpful for other people and would be less waste if natural resources.
