    Pros

    Fantastic Communication
Great opportunity to partner with talent and further sharpen skill set
    Weekly Payroll
    Transparent roles and expectations
    Advancements up the ladder possible
    Managers do recognize talent

    Cons

Experience, Talent, and Performance doesn't translate to pay rate. Meaning if there are 15 in same role and you shine you'll still be paid tge same as someone who dosent pay attention.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent and clear on expectations.

I have been working at 2020 Companies part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great energy and morale heading into the future. Promising clients and opportunities for driven vets and new millennials to set the tone for their career. I’m elated to be onboard.

    Cons

This market is new so we’ll have some hiccups and rookie mistakes, but there’s definitely promise in the midst of the madness. I believe thorough communication through every stream, proper placement of workers and solid clients will push us all to success.

    Advice to Management

Keep faith that what you’re doing is best for the team’s future only after open-minded discussion with those able to make a difference for the future.

I have been working at 2020 Companies part-time

    Pros

You get paid hourly plus commission. There are also other incentives given along the course of the job. As long as they see you working hard by approaching and making sales, it isn't hard to move up to a higher rank.

    Cons

There are moments when you will not get a single sale for an entire week, which affects your paycheck on the commission part.

I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Quite a bit of freedom
    Regular interaction with leadership
    Fun environment
Endless opportunities if you're willing to work for it

    Cons

Management positions can require a bit of travel. I enjoy that, but some might not

    Advice to Management

Keep pouring more money into the field. It pays off

I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Get to see new devices, laid back in some areas, get to meet alot of nice people. Decent pay. Get 2 trips a year

    Cons

Heading towards retail and retail hours, no longer worth the pay and the crappy bonuses. Changing schedule constantly with hardly any notice.

    Advice to Management

Keep the job Monday through Friday. Listen to the pawns.

    Pros

Fun job with amazing products and amazing people! More words, more words, more words, more words, more words, more words, and yes!!!

    Cons

Minimal advancement opportunities, commission is not sales performance based. 20 word minimum on this review #notcool I need more words!

    Advice to Management

Please uncap our sales commission, and have our bonus reflect sales numbers more.

    Pros

Fun team to work with. Training was great and informative. Very easy for those who’ve had merchandising experience before.
Working with Xbox products are amazing as usual!

    Cons

Traveling almost 3 hours for work everyday is tough.
Communication in between resets as well as general questions seriously needs to be addressed better.
I still haven’t gotten paid for mileage reimbursement nor have I received any communication/ answer as to why or what the company is doing to fix the issue.

    Advice to Management

Please train your middle management to communicate better with us. I know we may have a ton of questions but they only make us better knowledgeable employees.

I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training, can win raffles, get to travel, freedom to set hours and location. When there is a problem addressed with leadership They find a way to fix it within 24 hours. Leadership team seems to care about wellbeing of emoloyees. Room for growth and advancement in company.

    Cons

Training was great but a little rushed wish we had more time to learn more before going out into the field. Pay isn't something you can live off of, especially with the amount of travel you do.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people that have experience a more life-sustaining salary, whether it's experience with sales or prior management experience. When working on a big contract such as Dell, allot more time for training and questions they may have. First travel day could have been half day for info about the company we work for, and then 2.5 days for training for Dell, call reports, scheduling, workday, etc. Everyone will learn these things in the field, but it will relieve more headaches in the long run and repetitive questions from FSM's on conf calls or to their RM's which I'm sure have much more on their plates.
