I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lot of freedom. Pretty awesome work life balance most of the year. If you're coming from retail, which many are, it's a revelation. They ARE working to address my cons, but will never ever be able to fully satisfy them.

    Cons

The team is way too large. There is little to no opportunity for advancement. Of 500+ employees, only 10 received a promotion in 2016. Salary is terrible compared to what it used to be. Like 20k less. Too much micromanagement - quality employees get lumped in with the subpar ones. They cater to the lowest common denominator.

    Pros

    Opportunities. Personal growth. Great management.

    Cons

Increase in pay, but that's with every position.

    Advice to Management

Company does a great job promoting people and awarding people for good quality work. I've enjoyed 3 promotions in 2 years.

I worked at 2020 Companies part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Get to Represent Amazing Brands Such as Samsung,JBL,Tech Giant across the Board.
    Great retail experience
    Adequate Pay
    Decent benefits for PT

    Cons

    No advancement plans.
    Poor upper management .
Narrow minded individuals for a company that wants to focus on growth.
Not a carrer path friendly environment.
    VERY high turn over.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to better your staff, to better your employees to grow your business as well as grow the companies in which you represent, especially companies as large as Samsung. This company does not know how to abide by there own in house SOP let alone State law, yet will terminate and discipline an employee for not following SOP. How can a teacher discipline a student for failing a class he/she was never taught? Upper management is hysterical no sence of direction.

I worked at 2020 Companies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoyed my time in the recruiting department. Recruiting was new to me but my manager and other recruiters took the time train and help me. It can be very challenging but I really felt like I was helping people. The department manager is a good mentor to many in the department and very knowledgeable. I would go back if their business picks up again.

    Cons

The positions can be hard to find people for in markets where we have been recruiting for a long time. The hiring managers are not very respectful of the process or their candidates which make it even harder to find people. Need to move recruiters around more and get more search licenses.

    Advice to Management

Train the general managers better, people are the most important things, not sales. Pay better.

    Pros

Nothing. Everything sucked and the whole job was a joke.

    Cons

Everything. The work was slow and meaningless.

    Advice to Management

Stop sucking and stop being a pyramid scheme. That's my two cents.

I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No direct supervision. For as awful as they are they won't be in your face much. Lots of free time for you to find a new job!

    Cons

They treat you like trash. They use scare tactics and change policies daily. They cant even keep their own managers for long. even then clients dislike them. They barely know what they're doing and it shows. Be prepared to be treated like cattle. They will pay really slowly and expense reimbursement is even worse.. This is one step up from being a day laborer from an employment agency.

    Advice to Management

Send the CEO out to talk to the field teams and get their feedback with a promise of no retaliation.

solid structure few hours to work computer helped make the sale from day to day nice location easy products to sell carefully anyone can learn d2d

    Cons

Belief system company used is also used to abuse its employees
    No real career advancement
They still stalk and ask or demand my work efforts
Spiritually demented place constant gorilla warfare mentality
Very low pay for deals and no real commitment to employees for work

    Advice to Management

Don't make employees take part of beliefs and never fire people with a demand for them to work

I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good pay for what you do

    Cons

be prepared to be a door mat, this company does not care about your work life balance. they say jump and they expect you to say how high. (but with no incentive) No room to grow, no care for family and if you have to travel long distances. Horrible experience overall. 3 market managers within 3 months have left due to poor upper management. to say the least I would never recommend a friend to work here.

    Advice to Management

take care of your people and your people will take care you thats what great leaders do.
