    Neutral Outlook

I worked at 21st Century Media Group part-time

    Pros

Consistent work, sharp deadlines keep things moving. Coworkers are pleasant without being insistent. Responsive to vacation requests.

    Cons

Hours can change without notice, focus frequently lies on volume of content rather than quality. Training was rushed and made the first few autonomous days error prone. Although most everyone is friendly not a lot is done to promote office camaraderie.

    Advice to Management

Communicate schedule changes better, more positive motivation and team building.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at 21st Century Media Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

coworkers are dedicated and hard working at lower levels in spite of many problems .
working conditions are good and benefits are on a par with current conditions

    Cons

dying print industry leads upper level management to constantly press lower levels to produce blood from a stone attitude which leaves workers constant fear and rightfully so, because upper levels give themselves raises while cutting lower level jobs

Some local sites can be nice to work at, temporarily.
