I have been working at 21st Century Oncology full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

My colleagues & external business partners allow me to function effectively for the field.

    Cons

Low pay, inefficient work flows, very reactionary environment instead of proactive solutions to issues, severely understaffed depts.

    Advice to Management

Stop always investing & putting the physicians first and focus on your core support staff departments which are the foundation of the organization. Executive management has no clue the exceptional value & the work load, these depts. operate on a daily basis.
