I loved the fact that you can interact with every single person in the company, from the coworker in your same department to the CEO. The CEO, Trevor, is always looking for ways to bond and transmit experiences to everyone in the company. The IT department is a comfortable place to work. Work comes in different flavors, integrations, client support, custom functions, internal projects, and so on. Some days are low-stress and some others can be very demanding and even challenging. This company offer remote jobs, this became one of the greatest point in favor during the pandemic. I personally want to thank 220 Marketing Group for remaining open during the hard period of the pandemic, where others had to close their doors, 220 stood. And last but no least, I want to thank particularly to the CEO, Trevor, and my IT Manager, Oliver, for all the support given during this years. Thanks!
Cons
As a software engineer, I would have loved to see more structure in the software development process.

Pros
220 Marketing is awesome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you succeed. The culture is very motivating. Great people to work with and great opportunity.
Cons
There is a lot to learn as a new employee. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Pros
The product and the sell of it is legit. Makes complete sense and a no brainer. The entire idea behind 220 all the way to the meaning of the name is brilliant. The middle management is why I continue to stay that and I’m 100% remote.
Cons
I dread any interaction with the owner. He comes of great and then completely turns 180 into a different person. Very narcissistic and unprofessional. I don’t think he ever thinks before he speaks and that is alarming. So unfortunate I wish it were different.
