    Pros

    No Pros For this company.

    Cons

Amazing company, plays so well politics that a good candidate can not survive.

    Advice to Management

Management: Advice is only that, Karma never leaves anyone, what u did with good candidates, by forcing them to leave the job, some day that might happen to you as well. Many sister concern with different names, won't get you anything good. You bribe your employees to write good reviews , example is facebook. Management doesn't see the efforts done but go with what others say. No employee motivation, no management and employee interaction, which let's the bad management take advantage and the company looses their good employees, zero professionalism, management doesn't know how to talk to a female employee. In short worst operational management and HR management . I regret my decision of working here, I will never recommend anyone to join this company.
