Pros
Plenty of overtime due to high turnover rate. (5 employees in 5 weeks, including 2 managers)
Cons
I've been there less than two months and experienced payroll issues the entire time. My payroll has been called in late by management, management has underreported work hours and changed time card manually. Fraudulently paying straight hourly wages for overtime hours. Mandated overtime due to high turnover rate (understaffed) while not paying employees for mandated overtime. This company has a severe lack of management and professionalism. I was advised I'd have to wait another two weeks for the remainder of a payroll check they shorted me on. Seems like a scam, AVOID!!!

Pros
Responsive for simple questions, decent benefits for contract positions
Cons
Not reliable when it comes to questions that need a little experience to answer. Always make last-minute notice during both the onboarding and offboarding processes. Poor management - the company has a huge admin team but you never know who you should talk to when having a specific question. While I appreciate the 22nd staff are usually able to help with my issues after several reminders, my experience with them has been chaotic from the very beginning.
