I worked at 24 Hour Fitness (Less than a year)

    Pros

The free gym membership perk is great and the overall 24 Hour Fitness Community is nice and welcoming. If you like working with kids then it's a breeze and you get flexibility in choosing different activities for the children. Also, the parents are usually very appreciative and grateful.

    Cons

Any of the normal difficulties that may arise when working with young children.

    Advice to Management

This role was very straight forward and exactly what was expected.

I have been working at 24 Hour Fitness full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free gym membership. Club leadership try hardest to help you out, make you better salesman.

    Cons

Comp. plan is unrealistic. If not in large super sport, not going to make it. 3 pay periods of not hitting threshold and youre fired. You have to pay them $8 an hour to work there basically, but they are only going to pay you $7.25.

    Advice to Management

How is it ok to turnover 25 Sales Advisors in 2 months? Doesn't it cost more to onboard a new team member than keep a team member.
