    A positive community. Health minded individuals that want the best for people, go getter management who are authentic in their approach to the human condition

    Cons

    The pay is somewhat low and the responsibility is high for any management positions. Can be frustrating at certain times.

    Flexible schedule, commission, health and dental benefits, friendly staff, free membership, discounts on merchandise

    Cons

    Only receive benefits if able to hold onto clients to earn 30 sessions a week, when clocked in minimum wage

    Advice to Management

    Management is pretty cool with you, but if you don't hit there numbers you arent cool anymore with them
