The salary, even as a high volume sales person, is difficult to live on.

I worked at 24 Hour Fitness part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You get to meet awesome people, this is a great platform for starting your own business, they have some good discounts, and you get a free membership for you and your spouse.

    Cons

The pay (reason why I said it's for someone who doesn't have bills), too relaxed, the process for promotion is not the same across the board, and you have to clean up behind grown ups. I know you're probably thinking that's not bad, but when you have to pull used panty liners off the walls, clean feces out of a shower, or pick up a tampon someone left on the ground near the toilet...yeah. Women can be very careless and are just as disgusting as guys. Mark will come in and treat you like a peasant. I asked for him to help out because I was the only one in the store...as his legs were kicked up on the table he shoos me away because he's on the phone talking about golf. After he finishes his conversation he comes in at the end of the sale and tries to finish it. HA! No regard for the customers. He just wants to come in to scare people.
