    Cons

The only thing that i dislike about this company is that i dont get very good hours. Too many people on the staff.

    Cons

High turn over/does not pay a lot

I worked at 24 Hour Fitness part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free Gym Membership is a bonus

    Cons

-I knew people working for over 30 years here that hadn't gotten a raise

    Advice to Management

No so much management but the big guys in charge - value your hard working employees more
-there's a reason I saw so many people come and go in a short period of time

I have been working at 24 Hour Fitness full-time

    Pros

    Easy to get hired
Constant opportunities for advancement for the motivated (though this is directly due to high turn over)
    Benefits for full time employees

    Cons

Very low pay across all levels
    High turn-over at all levels
Top level managers feel underpaid and underappreciated
    Constant pressure/threat of losing job
Limited to absolutely no fun/engaging company culture present at club levels

    Advice to Management

Keep it fun and get your employees bought in, your min wage employees will only stick around if they want to work for you. And to the CEO - stop spending money on new tech and pay your employees more if you want to see better numbers!

  8. "Flexibility"

    I worked at 24 Hour Fitness full-time

    Pros

Work life balance was a plus. It's great to work for a company that fully supports health and wellness! The message was very clear from the tone at the top that they support your health and wellness goals. Flexibility to work out at lunch, etc.

    Cons

Could increase transparency from upper management. Otherwise no cons!

I have been working at 24 Hour Fitness part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Meeting new people and make connections.

    Cons

The pay is terrible, Dairy Queen makes more an hour. You barely make enough to pay one bill and hopefully it's the cheapest bill. This company doesn't pay enough for what the front desk has to go through. I would only recommend this job to someone fresh out of high school, who has a full time job already, or someone who doesn't have to pay bills.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more. That's why there's a high turnover rate.

    Pros

Great helping motivate people to get in shape.

    Cons

    All about sales and numbers.
