    24 Hour Fitness--It's just a job not a career

    It is an interesting product to work in and generally, a good group of people to work with. They dont' require too much of your time. I never had to work on weekends or really more than a standard 8 hour day. I mean, you can do more if you want, but usually it wont really get rewarded. I had a good boss that I liked, so it helped, but it was not a place where you would want to spend the next 20 years of your life.


    The pay stinks, even at the corporate office. Not much opportunity for growth. They make you work every major holiday (Christmas Eve, the day after Thanksgiving, etc.) Not the brightest are in senior positions. There is a huge pay differential between senior management and everyone else and everyone knows it.
