Pros
There are numerous pros of working at 24 Seven. In my opinion the most prominent one is that 24 Seven fosters an entrepreneurial environment where each employee has the ability to be as successful as they want to be if they are dedicated, have ambition & apply themselves. Another equally prominent pro is 24 Seven is a women owned business & that drives a different & very successful management stylelly prominent pro is 24 Seven is a women owned business & that drives a different & very successful management stylelly prominent pro is 24 Seven is a women owned business & that drives a different & very successful management style. For example, 24 Seven’s executive team is comprised of many female leaders which is uncommon & a huge pro. Another pro is that when working at 24 Seven you are surrounded by like minded, bright & ambitious coworkers that motivate & inspire you on a daily basis. The fun yet hard working company culture of 24 Seven fosters friendships both inside & outside the office. Yes, 24 Seven also had AMAZING perks such as a generous vacation time, kitchens full of healthy fresh foods, snacks, drinks, weekly massages, ice cream Thursdays during the summer, super fun internal parties…the list goes on & on & on...
Cons
In my opinion, there are no cons associated with working at 24 Seven or at least I have not experienced any.

Pros
They hustled to get me the gig. Within 48 hours of my first interview, they had an offer. Pay was ok, I'd say industry standard.
Cons
I imagine that the recruiters at 24 Seven are commission based--only earning commission when they fill 'their' roles. This is fine and dandy when they are gunning to fill one of their roles and you're a top contender, but works against you when trying to score another contract with them. After I was hired and filled out my paperwork, they checked out. I kept asking them to keep me in mind for future roles and even applied to a dozen or so roles that I was well qualified on their website, but never heard back from those recruiters. I asked my contact to connect with with them, but they have no incentive to do so since they don't earn a commission. Ultimately, you're stent will end with them after one contract, which is shame since they have a working history with you. I'll add that the benefits that I became eligible for after 90 days were pretty insulting. You're better off finding a marketplace plan.

Pros
I came to 24 Seven about 2 years ago as a candidate, and it was at that point I was recruited for an internal Marketing position. My decision to join the 24 Seven team was sparked by the evident passion that resonated with me as I met with each of the senior managers that I'd be directly working with in my role. What began as a freelance opportunity has flourished into a full-time, dynamic career. Combining my forte for business, fashion and tech to connect and relate with people is what has always fueled my professional pursuits. With that said, I couldn't have selected a better company to invest my time and talent into. Being a member of 24 Seven's Corporate Marketing Team provides me the unique and exhilarating opportunity of being at the forefront of where the digital, interactive, and tech spaces meet fashion, beauty, and retail. With 13 global offices, it's a daily adventure at 24 Seven. The culture lends a fast-pace, creative, and entrepreneurial environment that is dedicated to intersect with and spotlight the distinct talents of many of the true influencers and unapologetic innovators who are re-shaping the world of business, which is an extremely rewarding experience. Being in the business of people is a very specialized industry, and interestingly enough, from the executives to entry level - the authentic & talented individuals I get to work with every day is what makes 24 Seven such an amazing place to work.
Cons
This is a tough question. There isn't a particular con but rather 24 Seven's culture is for those who aren't afraid of change and are able to multitask at any given moment. 24 Seven sets the industry standard when it comes to creative talent management, so the one thing that is constant is evolvement and innovation. To thrive within the company, one must be ambitious while always being committed to creativity, collaboration, top notch service and follow-through. Again, not a con, just a specific culture that fosters constant growth opportunities; which is actually a pro for personal growth and career development!

Pros
Working at 24 Seven has many Pros. Among them are a positive, supportive environment where your opinions & ideas are welcomed & encouraged. You are surrounded by intelligent, creative & ambitious colleagues who inspire you to grow personally & professionally on a daily basis. 24 Seven also does not have a glass ceiling so you can grow internally, relocate to other offices & therefore never feeling like your career is stagnating. From a cultural standpoint, long-lasting friendships are made here which can be uncommon in the workplace. 24 Seven believes in treating their employees with respect & by doing so has created the most positive of environments.
Cons
If there are any, I have yet to experience them

Pros
You can tell a lot about a staffing agency by how long people have been there. When I met with 24 Seven the newest person on the team had been here for 3 years! This is a great sign for growth, retention and opportunity! My experience with 24 Seven has proven that they care about internal development and truly take care of their team. The people are amazing, the office is fantastic and the unlimited commission is extremely motivating.
Cons
There is always room for growth on collaboration between Business Development and Recruiters.

Pros
24 Seven is a great company to work for. The cultural is fun and supportive. It very much feels like you are part of a family and people actually care. 24 Seven treats their employees like professional adults. If you are a driven, self-motivated individual I highly recommend 24 Seven. By far the best company I've worked for in my career.
Cons
There are few really to speak of. However, I will say that because 24 Seven treats their employees like adults and doesn't micro-manage, some co-workers have taken advantage of the 'rope' they are given. For the most part, these are people who lack motivation and will likely have short stints with the company.
