The VP cares about his employee's wellbeing and when business is good it's a nice place to work.
Cons
Emotionally draining work based on the status of the business. Some coworkers are not very inclusive of all new employees.

Lots of opportunity to advance to different levels of being a BD WFH Great PTO, summer fridays Overall you can tell they are trying to improve the culture CEO seems like a genuinely good person

You will be competing against your manager either as a recruiter or BD, it’s hard to believe your manager would ever have your best interest at heart if they are climbing the same metric ladder as you Your manager will likely have been promoted due to sales and not because of their ability to manage and mentor, mine had 0 experience actually managing me and acted like a child You will be publicly shamed in meetings and nothing will be brought up with you directly, just in-front of everyone Leadership will act like your friend instead of a mentor and will also talk bad about other employees to you. It feels like highschool and there are very few people I look up to at 24 seven.
