As relationship managers, our admissions counselors talk to potential students about the program they are interested in and have enrollment goals to meet, just like on-campus admissions teams do. Many students state they would not have gone through the process without the support, guidance, and persistence of their admissions counselors. In regards to growth, we recommend 2Utes speak directly with their managers to develop a career path that fits their unique goals. Knowing you are no longer with us, we hope you were able to take advantage of some of the tuition benefit programs and professional development training available to all employees. In regards to compensation, we regularly conduct pay and benefits reviews to ensure we are competitive in the market. That being said, we’re concerned about some of the experiences you describe, particularly around promotions. We would like to hear more so we can address it. We're glad to see you're enjoying unlimited PTO. We do ask that 2Utes request time off in order to ensure it is being made available to 2Utes and being taken by 2Utes. This gives us data to understand how we should address burnout among teams and help promote a good work/life balance. We encourage managers to approve as much as possible without risking the support we provide to our university partners and their students.
