    I worked at 3.1 phillip lim full-time

    Pros

-Clothing allowance (but its prorated if you leave the company before the year)

    Cons

-Terrible work culture (comes from the CEO mostly), big reason for the unusually high turnover
-CEO doesn't foster an environment of trust or open communication, it's her way or the highway
-People are overworked and underpaid, except the directors and executives
    -Disorganized in every way possible
-Performs as if they're still a startup
-Departments don't communicate with each other

    Advice to Management

    -Walk your talk
-Reorganize/restructure the whole company inside and out
-Give incentives to employees so they stay, otherwise the high turner will continue
    -Get a better CEO

    Pros

really great team, for the most part people spoke to interns with respect and had reasonable expectations, Unfortunately I worked for a very nasty person.

    Cons

there was zero effort to communicate direction, head of department set you up to fail, because she honestly enjoyed playing blame game. For example she screamed at me for deleting a page of an internal document. Upon further review it was clear the page never existed, because she never completed the work and needed someone to blame. Her temper was abusive and vindictive. Instances such as these happened on a near daily basis.

    Advice to Management

    pay your interns

    Pros

Clothing allowance. Extremely talented individuals to work with.

    Cons

No work-life balance. The two in charge are greedy, conniving and verbally abusive. Extremely high turnover. Low morale. Low pay.

    Advice to Management

Learn to be a respectful human being. Improve communication and don't play nice only because someone wants to quit.

    Pros

Very warm environment, people are very open and nice. Very nice office and you get to interact with people a lot.

    Cons

I didn't see any progression or growth in my time as an intern, although you do get to meet new people and create networking connections if you are social enough.
Also didn't see any room in the company for me to get a paying job offer (at least in my department)
Unpaid internship but they do reimburse you travel and lunch
