Pros
Merit based (pay and promotions) Great atmosphere Travel opportunities Management cares about development not just money
Cons
Busy all the time; no down time while at work. Can not think of anything else. Everything is clear and outright

Pros
The people are ok. I can't really think of any real pros to this job.
Cons
This place did nothing but lie about the job i was offered. This is a door-to- door sales job, where you only get paid based on your sales. I still haven't seen my first paycheck. I was told that my training was paid, and it wasn't. It's like they couldn't care less that you have bills to pay and mouths to feed. On top of all that, they make you feel terrible when you don't sell anything during the day. Why? BECAUSE IT'S ALL A PYRAMID SCHEME! Applicants beware. They may talk up the job, but the truth is, it's not a good paying gig and they really don't care about you.

nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing
Cons
They lie to you to get you in the door they tell you they manage many account for many companies but really all they do is door to door selling for att. after you pass to the second interview, that really means is that they will make you wear uncomfortable clothes to go door to door selling. they don't even have the decency to give you a heads up so you wear something comfortable. they also say they will take you to lunch .... subway if your lucky just fyi then they will hire you without asking you for a drivers license or a social security number or a background check What kind of company is this ? oh and you work monday to saturday 11 to 8 pm

Pros
Very good company to work for if you need cash flow immediately. For the most part, management is honest, and gives you a lot of information upfront. The team conducts themselves with utmost professionalism.
Cons
Work hours are gruelsome. Management should find a better way to balance onsite and off-site activities. Rules on hours and performance may be too strict. Again a better structure will help curb the turnover.
