I have been working at 360 Degree Customer full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked with some many staffing companies and so far 360 stood out from them all. They got me a position where i wanted , gave me a good salary package. They pay on time and even the place i work have good things to say about the company.

    Cons

Wish their pay cycle was 1st and 15th like other companies .. they have 7th and 22nd ... but they hold one one week unlike otherwise who hold 2 weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

Administration is little slow to response about queries.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I worked at 360 Degree Customer part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

360 degrees worked to find me positions that fit my schedule and their hourly rates were high. I appreciated having a recruiter that checked in with me occasionally to make sure my working environment was successful and positive.

    Cons

I would have preferred having taxes taken out of my paycheck; however, this is a standard practice for being a contractor.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

    Pros

Offered great support in finding most appropriate placements and avoiding difficult school districts. Also offered best salary as well as access to free CEUs, tests and materials. Best choice for school-based SLPs. Hope to work for again!

    Cons

Only possible downside is that payment is 1x/month on the 7th (or the prev Friday if the 7th is on a weekend or holiday) but I guess a lot companies are doing that now to keep administrative costs down.

    Advice to Management

Would have been nice to have an email list or message board to collaborate with employees in other regions.

    Cons

I cant think of any cons about 360

I have been working at 360 Degree Customer (More than a year)

    Pros

Good working conditions. All team members are helpful. Have liberty to talk to any member of the 360 family.

    Cons

Face to face meeting with other team members is difficult as all are occupied in their own work.

    Advice to Management

There should be a particular time when we can have a get together at least once a year.

    "DO NOT WORK WITH 360"

    I worked at 360 Degree Customer full-time

    Pros

    NONE ! ! ! !

    Cons

The owners of 360 are set out to make money off of you and nothing more. They do not actually know what a speech pathologist does all day. They simply view you as a paycheck. I did not get paid for a full summer of work. When I responded to this by giving my 2 weeks notice and joining the current school district I worked with, the owner threatened to sue me for $30,000.

I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews above were written by 360 employers. Don't chance it people. Find a contracting company own and run by actual therapists who can support you professionally and ethically.

I worked at 360 Degree Customer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefit and comunication with the central office. I'm not working with the company just because I got an job offer in Honduras. I love my new job, but I still missing 360.

    Cons

There is no cons with 360.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing such a good job!
