Pros

There are some really dedicated people who work at 3P. The products are good and seem to be getting the necessary improvements to keep pace with the competition.

Cons

The management of the company is a complete mess. They lack vision, and change direction on priorities at a moment's notice. Minimal support is given to employees, just a lot of rah-rah type of stuff. Almost no process in place to help people succeed. The company has good benefits but is very costly to the employee. 3P has struggled to gain market share in the US educational market. It is clearly evident why.

Unorganized place to work Managers don’t know what they’re doing so leave you alone No training and expected to know what to do Low pay Very all over the place and seems inexperienced and the only success is from individuals who know what they are doing but not from the company
