    Neutral Outlook

I worked at 3QC full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

I really enjoyed working with the team. It seemed like everyone was committed to working together and trying to make a difference. I am surprised at the amount of chaos in the construction industry and I felt like my colleagues and I were helping to provide clear quality guidelines to the construction team.

    Cons

Office location too far away from where I lived - difficult commute

    Advice to Management

Keep improving the training program, it's very unique and helpful

    Positive Outlook

I worked at 3QC part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The atmosphere is really laid back, everyone is really nice and helpful when asking questions. Working in such a tight knit team tasks seem to be completed fast and easy.

    Cons

It is an office job, not a lot of excitement going on; can get boring and tedious at times making the same documents and doing the same thing from job to job.

    Advice to Management

Allow interns to go out into the field a little more.
