      Pros

      411 Locals is a suitable company to work for. If you are dedicated to your work, the company will repay your results generously. The commission structure is a great money maker and works perfectly. Maybe it is one of the best lucrative structures in the SEO industry. Great location for the guys, that are working in the office. And more than great affiliate program for freelancers.

      Cons

      Well, not so much to speak of…. this industry just suffers a big turn over. the people are very flexible and willing to live for a couple of years in different cities

      Advice to Management

      Just continue to be open to new ideas that come from the employees

      I worked at 411 Locals full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

      Normal business.hours, great pay, clean spacious environment with a scenic view of the Las Vegas strip. Benefits PTO and. Weekly happy hour at the Barrymore. Fun environment, great company

      Cons

      A few misplaced seniority employees in management with immature demeanors. At times the environment can bring you back to high school days, but yet the company its mission and its success is undeniably amazing.

      Advice to Management

      Reevaluate those you have in management as some of your managers are abusing their title, yet not fulfilling their positions KPIs.

      411 Locals was my first job ever. And now 2 years ago I am keeping my best thoughts for it. Of course, there were challenging periods and situations, However here is the most important thing - I was receiving continuous support and empowerment from my colleagues. And the bonus scheme was really motivating. The management is giving growth opportunities.

      I had to leave the company because of relocation
