Weekly paycheck. Weekends off. Remote work during pandemic.

Bad management. Superiority complex. Favoritism. Weekly incentives paid in PESOS. Lack of training. Lack of annual raise or reviews. These people will present you a decent bonus structure when you first start, only to find out for every little mistake you make you lose 10% of your bonus. Constant bonus restructuring as they change bonus expectations whenever they choose. They give you minimal knowledge on the product they offer. You will be unable to track the amount of money you’ve earned monthly. Extremely high weekly KPIs. Micro management to the fullest extent. Extremely high turn over rate due to bad management and constant compensation issues. Lack of management assistance on live calls. Weekly incentives are actually paid in PESOS converted to usd. Example : win $70 for saving a customer. In actuality you’re winning $3.27 usd. Shady business tactics. No 401K. Lack of advancement opportunities for American representatives. Dead silent daily meetings full of unhappy reps. Lack of inclusion for American reps. As you will be left out of meetings and jokes in different languages. Lack of diversity. Bad work life balance. Not paid for overtime even if your are on the phone with a customer past closing time.

Not much, easy to work here and get experience, but comes with a cost, knowing you are screwing over small business owners.

A lot. This company has no organization. Everything is outsourced overseas to a team that does not care. People cut corners, lie and scam to make a small profit. If you are talented, I promise you will find a better job elsewhere.

Have you ever seen the movie BoilerRoom??? This company wrote the book on micro-management. They DONT teach sales, they teach how to read a script and out-dated "sales techniques". They have had 100% turnover in the past 6months and thats a direct correlation to the lack of direction and trust from upper management.. They don't take the time to invest in people, all they care about is making money. They do NOT train people effectively, they train for 5 days...and if you fail in the first 2 weeks they fire reps. I had to fight for an employee that was having a hard time in the first two-weeks because I knew he could do it, he just needed a little more time...and the day i left he was #1 on in sales. What this company does not understand is that some people need a little more time and if you give them support and trust good things happen. I would highly recommend looking else where, find a company that cares about its employees and invests in there future growth and doesn't belittle them after giving constructive feedback by asking if they are going to be a "baby now".

The office culture that is being developed in 411 Locust is great. Of course, not the best in the World, but it is just cool enough to make everybody to feel comfortable and safe. I have been working with the company more than 4 years. For this period I changed 3 positions. For me it was and it is a really visible and measurable career development. Currently I am working as a Collection specialist. Thanks to my personal efforts and to the support of my colleagues I can tell you I am earning good bonuses. For me it is a pleasure to deal with the customers - this is a really great way to support the so called ‘small business”. We all have Paid Vacation, Health Benefits after 90 days, Discount bus program and so on. I just do not need to tell you about the monthly award bonuses and the other benefits. I am happy with the company. My family is happy to see me happy

The main cons is that we are not allowed to have loud music in the office. I like to listen to Contemporary Jazz “on the max volume”

411 locals is a nice, employee-oriented company. Not too big, not too small - just right in the golden middle. It constantly grows each year, so currently there are almost 400 people on 3 continents. I can describe this company as a decent place to start a career. And profitable place for people experienced in sales. It does not mean that if you are newcomer you will have less opportunities. You will just need some time to upgrade your skills from newbies to pro. It usually takes around 2 - 4 months. For young folks, this company could be an additional education, a business school. They are having wellcome orientation, constant training and teaching, sharp coaching and the most important - continuous support from the management. Coworkers are all generally friendly, and something very important - talent in the company is mainly good. Everyone has its own point of view and own thoughts, however to me the office culture is reasonable. During an usual and typical day, the workload is not crazy. Starting in the morning, check email, short briefing with the manager, check tasks, have a coffee and start the work. The payment correlates with the personal results and sales. When you get experienced ...well, here comes the best part working for 411 Locals.

411 Locals was an excellent choice for me! The company ensured for me the business environment I needed to improve my sales techniques and to master new approaches in order to sell IT products. If you need to challenge yourself, go and sell IT products services. It is not a product you can see, touch, smell. My teammates were friendly and supportive. As a team, we managed to explore new markets and get many new deals. There were some new guys with no previous experience in the field of sales. Thanks to the internal training and coaching support, In just a few months they gained new skills. While at 411 Locals they learned a lot - how to sell, to explain, to multitask, to participate in projects. So did I. 411 Locals was just a great work environment to be in. I can describe it with high profile clients, continuous support from the managers, etc. High profile clients, constant support by my Senior Management, the opportunity to work with new talent and help them on their way up the corporate ladder and watch them succeed. The office has a great location, considerable air-conditioned environment.

I am just amazed to see how many new clients we have

The company is growing fast. Almost every week new people are being hired. I am just amazed to see how many new clients we have. Almost all of them are small and medium business owners. Off course, they just love the product we are selling - presence on google first page. For me, as a sales agent, it is easy to sell such an innovative product. People are well aware how important it is for their business to have great online placement. However, no matter of the great product, my first deal did not come withe ease. I was just not experienced to sell it. But 411 Locals trained me well and now I am making a great number of sales every month. Few words about the office - great location on the Strip in a modest business building. The panorama view is astonishing. But the view could not compete with the team that is formed by really great people with friendly attitude. Actually, the company is investing a lot in the team spirit - training, meetings, coaching and so.
Cons
I might nitpick a few tiny details, but overall, I find no reason to complain. I am just happy working here.
